It's always good to see pictures of members cats, the area in which they live and the members themselves. If you don't have a website, it's still possible to add pictures to your posts by using one of the online Photo Hosts.
Some photo hosting sites are:
www.photobucket.com
This website is ideal for Message Board users and it even supplies the linking code. It doesn't automatically resize pictures though. If you are able to resize pictures yourself, the optimum size for this Board, to avoid distorting the page layout, or having to scroll to see a picture in its entirety is a width of 600 pixels and a height of 450 pixels.

May be a monthly charge if you upload a lot of pictures
www.aol.com
Once you've uploaded your pictures to your photo host, to insert them into a Message:
Go to where you've stored your pictures.
For Photobucket, simply copy and paste the IMG Code that they give you.
For other hosts, click on the picture icon on the Message Board toolbar. It's 4th from the left on the second row. Delete the letters URL that you see between the two image tags that have appeared. (An image tag looks like this )
Click on the picture you want to add to the Message Board so that the full sized version appears.
Right click on the picture and a grey box will appear.
Click on Properties at the very bottom of the box and another grey box will appear.
Copy the url that appears in the middle of the new grey box.
Return to the Message Board and paste the url between the two image tags.
Good luck! If you do have any problems, I'm usually around to help so feel free to contact me.
