My son visited Barcelona recently and I asked for some 'Gaudi', this is what he brought me. Park Guell   La Sagrada Familia   and I'm still tentative about the technology, so if the photos are there........  aren't they amazing! |

Done it! But have to confess, had to modify 'cos I'd put links in rather than photos. Doh!! Shame I can't put the best one of the Sagrada Familia on (it has my son slap bang in the middle) as you can see so much more of the detail on it. |

It's difficult to avoid Gaudi if you're in Barcelona, isn't it?! He certainly designed some amazing buildings.
(What's the problem with the best one of the Sagrada Familia that you can't post it? Can any of us help?)

I love Gaudi's strange, organic style. The pictures are wonderful. Your son must have had a fantastic time. It's a city I'd love to visit.

Ann No probs with the photo, just that my son is standing slap bang in the middle posing and I don't know whether he'd like me posting his picture for all to see! You know what kids(who am I 'kidding' he's 29 this year)are like |

Great pictures! The Sagrada Familia figured prominently in travelogue segments during the 1992 Olympics.
