Everything in my back garden is bursting into flower. The colours when I look out of the window are amazing and these pics really don't do it justice. There's a lot of blossom just about to come out on the apple trees and I noticed that I have a strawberry plant in flower in the front patio. I may have to put the house renovations on hold next week and think about planting some vegetables

Potatoes are now in Ann and the cowslips are in full flower with the bluebells and apple trees about to do thier thing. Amazing how it changes from one part of the country to another and whats in bloom, seeing the same plants come into flower in different areas. 'Ain't Nature Grand!'

The apple blossom is only just starting to come into flower now Lesley. I could just see all the tightly closed buds the day I took the pics a couple of weeks ago. With a bit of luck, I'll be able to stock the freezer with apple pies to see me through the winter again!

You has my furr? No wonder I is cold The fur we left around went missing over a few days, don't know what birds took it, and whether they took it for nests or to knit themselves fur coats. The garden has really sprung into life now and the tulips in the herb bed went loopy Think I over pruned one of the vines, it's coming back, but it isn't very happy. Cat says I am too vicious with the plants and they only grow the way they do because they are terrified of me. Especially the way I threaten them with the compost bin if they don't perform.

*sigh* Gorgeous beautiful flowers It's amazing just how much they lift the spirits...especially at this time of year when it's still mid-winter and nothing is growing I was looking for snowdrops on my daily walk today but, so far, nothing The daffodils are starting to sprout though so hopefully they won't be TOO late this year because of the long cold snap and deep snow that we had
