Thanks Lisa. I'm enjoying being 21 (and a lot of months!).
The weather's wet and miserable here, so I might just spend the afternoon curled up on the settee indulging myself watching some of the "Riverboat" tapes that arrived a few days ago. This evening, Jen, Jule, possibly Nora and I are going out for a meal.
Hope you had a good birthday yourself two days ago.

Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone. The weather never improved all day, but four of us had a lovely evening together. Jen couldn't quite finish all of the liver she'd ordered, so I brought the leftovers back for the boys. They fell on it as if they hadn't been fed for a week, then Spock promptly sicked his share back up. Cats are so good at bringing you back down to earth!

Belated birthday greetings from me too. You're not the only one whose birthday is dragging on and on, Ann - my mother's birthday was the 11th May, but we turned it into the 12th May (for convenience). Other people invited her out on different days and then today I suddenly remembered buying her something small on eBay that I didn't include with her presents, groan. She'll be getting another birthday present soon, ten days after her real birthday!
