Tealeaf... rhyming slang for thief....
We'd been on the boat all day. I was recovering the bed settee. (The next fur person to claw it is a fur MUFF!) I didn't want to cook a proper meal, so I did Malcolm some burgers, egg and chips, which he ate on his knee, watching the television (as he does). Tia the kitten sat beside him, watching every mouthfull.
Suddenly she made her move! A little Apricot coloured paw shot out and grabbed his egg and they both vanished under the coffee table, Tia eating it with all the appearance of great enjoyment.
I don't know which was funnier. Her grabbing his egg, or Malcolm's reaction!
