I just wanted to say "Thank You" to Rita and Lisa. When they came to visit, they brought me a brand new catnip mouse. And guess what, it's just like my old one. Same colour and everything. I don't know how they knew I needed it. I've already tried carrying it around and Ann's been throwing it in the air for me to field and I can report that it handles very well indeed. Just as well as my old one in fact. It's wonderful. Spock PS Dracs got one too. PPS They brought us lots of other presents too, but that mouse is already my favourite.

Does this mean I can finally dispose of the old one?

spok and dracs,
today was our lucky day! mommy made us two lovely fleece, catnip fish! we were so excited we hid them in our special place under mommy's bed (partly because we love them so much, and partly so mom couldn't blind us with that flashy camera thing!).
however, we were confused about the fleece blanket and the new cat carrier. does she expect us to get in that thing? we have heard rumours of airplanes. hope it isn't so.

Coco and Cleo,
We're intrigued by catnip fish? Can we see a picture of them?
Spock has hidden his new catnip mouse already. Only he knows where it is.
We don't like the sound of the cat carrier. BE VERY WARY! No good ever comes of cat carriers in our experience.

Spock & Dracs, Those look like some really fine schmousies..I sure would like to play with them with you guys sometime...! As far as cat carriers - one good thing did come about 2 weeks ago....my humans took it away with them one day and when they came home - there was another cat in it...! I didn't like this idea at first cos, after all - it's MY house..and I just knew this new cat was gonna eat my food, try to play with all my toys, eat my treats and get lots of "attention" from MY humans...! So as soon as they let her out I ran right up to her with my back all arched up, my tail poofed out and I told her while I danced menacingly around her - "What are you doing here....?? This is MY house and I'm the Crown Prince...!! And I'm REALLLL ferocious....aren't you really really REALLY scared of me...??" She just looked at me and started getting mad..then she bopped me right on the head...!!! Wellll..I didn't think that was very fair, I never touched her...! She just looked at me and snarled a bit and said " Yes, my son - you are the Crown Prince...but I, as your Mother...am the Queen....and I shall be treated with the respect due my position..!"...and then she bopped me on the head again....! I just blinked at her a couple times...."Mom....?? but...but...how...I thought that.....I thought you were.....??...oohh myyy....".... That was 2 weeks ago...and I have to admit, it IS fun to have someone to play with now (she can run really fast too...!).....the only thing is tho - she's always washing my ears....why do Moms always think your ears are dirty...? We'll play for a while, then she'll say to me "ok...now lets see about those ears.....uh-huh...just as I thought...now hold still...geeezzz...kids and their ears....! I can't let you walk around looking like this...!" (ok...I have to admit...it mostly feels really good when she does that, so I do hers too.... Your USA friend, Bailey

Message from Pie, to Spock and Dracs:
The catnip mouse is probably in a similar place to my ping-pong balls. I've got around 8 or 9 at the moment, and I love them so much that I chase them around for about 2 seconds and then hide them!
It's great, cos then my human goes out and buys another one, and I do the same thing with that one. Every now and then she will pull out the sofa and chairs etc, and find them all, and I have a great multi-ping-pong festival and then hide them all again within minutes. ;D
