I was so excited by the picture of little Tuli and Ribbons Bailey's mom, that I thought is might be nice to have a place where people can post pictures of their cats as little babies and their parents if you have them. We have all seen each others grown kitties, let see some gorgeous baby photos! Here is Iggy and Bowie's mommy Tatiana: Here is Daddy Tiger: Here are the little babies: Here is the litter a little older, four boys and two girls: Here is a picture of Iggy and Bowie with their new mommy, they made themselves right at home immediately! And lastly, my precious babies first official glamour shot! Bowie on the left and Iggy on the right. I have a feeling you all must have some very cute baby picures. I hope this thread will be very popular! Christina

Yes they are devon rex so they have curly coats that feel like fleece.

What a good idea Christina. I really enjoyed seeing your pictures. Don't you just love the way the ears are full size from the start and they grow into them?!
Unfortunately, I can't contribute pictures to the thread as the boys were already 13 when they moved in with me permanently, so I don't have any kitten pictures of them at all. But I'm certainly looking forward to seeing everyone else's.

Hi, The mommy was a seal point siamese looking devon rex, and the daddy was a chocolate lynx point devon rex. The daddy Tiger from the photo really looks like a wild cat from the zoo. I hope Bowie "I like to eat when I am bored" O'Brien doesn't get that fat! They have definitely grown into their ears. When I first got them people were shocked at how strange they looked and I really took offense. I always thought they were cute, of course right? Bowie was very much an ugly duckling, he actually molted soon after I got him and lost all of his wiry hair. Even we thought he was strange looking at that point! But his hair grew in just lovely and now they both have very full coats. Bowie is the nicest smelling cat I have ever met, he always smells like a clean baby. I don't know why. Iggy is a total dustball and needs baths more often. Perhaps it is because Iggy's hair is much more fluffy and nappy whereas Bowies lays smooth. Whenever I try to sweep the floor Iggy always runs and rolls in the dust, I am sure that doesn't help either. Here is a picture of them at 4 months, Bowie on the left and Iggy on the right. These photos were just taken on my couch with blankets and they actually posed. It was hilarious! And here they are all grown up: Iggy is the little face peeking out and Bowie is crushing him under his massive weight. They like to sleep on top of one another. Bowie weighed 1 pound when I got him and not weighs about 11 lbs 4 oz. Iggy was much bigger and weighed 1.5 lbs when we got him and now is a lean 9 lbs 13.5 ounces. Does anyone else have some baby pictures to post? ;D

What sweet little kitties...! Iggy and Bowie were soo cute....and still are...! What a geat idea for a thread, too...! Here's our Bailey: We were very fortunate that we were able to visit Bailey at the breeder once or twice a week from the time he was born...we didn't have our digital cam until a month later so we didn't get as many pics as we do these days.... Here's Bailey's Dad - Zipper, a bluepoint Siamese... And Mom - Ribbons, chocolate lynxpoint (who now has come to us to live as well...!)... Here's Bailey at 3 weeks (Deb did the frame with Paint Shop Pro)... Bailey at 4 weeks.... He crawled up on my chest and went to sleep...for the first of many times... 5 weeks....Bailey, Mom and littermates...(guess who's crawling all over Mom..)... 5 1/2 weeks, into everything already - that's our Bailey....! I can see this is going to be a wonderful thread.
Bailey looks so tiny in those pictures and yet they were only taken a few weeks ago.
