Thanks to Ann and her buddies for supporting yesterday's Race Night at P.A.W.S and for the generous donation of winnings. Who knew that Ann would turn out to be a champion owner? What would the boys say if they found out your were into equines. Sorry about the pic - it was taken on the back straight.

I've just mentioned the Race Night on your thread about P.A.W.S. It was an excellent evening and I was thrilled to be a winning "owner".
AAAAAAK! I've just realised who the jockey is!

If you'd ever seen me on horseback you wouldn't have to ask that!

If you'd ever seen me on horseback you wouldn't have to ask that! It's not the being on horseback, it's the coming off that can be uncomfortable.

I spent a week pony trekking in Wales years ago and all the hairs were rubbed off my legs - beats waxing.

My last effort was many years ago when several of us from the office in which I then worked, went on what was supposed to be a hour long pony trek. If I remember rightly, it lasted nearer 3 hours because none of us could cope with more than a sedate - very sedate - walk. I also remember that, afterwards, it was something like 24 hours before I was able to sit down without wincing!

So that explains the X-type Jag sitting in Ann's driveway ;D
Love the photo, Graham.
