Cat Show Update

The Cat Register And Rescue Annual Cat Show took place on Saturday.
It was a real success. The it was a really good day and we raised a lot of money for the cats.

I would like to thank all of those on the board that entered photos.
And i have good news for Miles....Bailey won 2nd place in his category!!! Congrats Bailey!!!
This photo shows part of the display of with Baileys winning photo. We had over 200 photos all of which were fantastic.




These are some of the prizes we have for the winners. The Best in show won the pyramid shaped glassware on the left. Best rescued won the cat picture frame in the middle. The mugs are filled with sweets are were given to the children who won the drawing contest. The rosettes are given to all that won prizes. Bailey should get his in a few weeks.

Ann and Jen came up to the event and had their stall with them.

The picture is not great quality but you can see the lovely things they had for sale.

On the whole the event was a success and a good day out. Ann and Jen had a good time as im sure they will tell us!

Great news Lisa! I'm sorry I didn't participate in the contest. Hope you won't hold it against me.

Ann and Jen just look great in their jackets! And Bailey just deserved his price!

Just above the pictture of Bailey is the entry from Chaos and Company. A rosette should be winging its way over to you too in due course.

Jen and I had a great time, made some money for PDSA on the Catsup stall and enjoyed catching up with all the friends we've made at the Cat Register and Rescue.

I'm planning to write an article all about the weekend for Ann's Page very shortly.

I forgot to say that we'll all be expecting pictures of the proud winners when the rosettes arrive!

We've just heard from Lisa that the Photo Show was a great success and raised £1800 approximately. Well done to everyone concerned, they worked really hard to make all that money.

Isn't Ann clever? The waistcoats went down well and we both felt really smart in them. We're going to wear them whenever we run the stall. You can keep your sashes and t-shirts!! Just call us the Beverley Sisters and have done with it. (That's the Andrews Sisters for our US members.)

We really enjoyed the weekend and congratulations to all who won rosettes, I want to see the pictures too.
