There are so many deserving animal charities out there. The more links we have to them on this Board, the better.

I agree, many of them are so underfunded yet they do such a good job. Take The Animal Health Trust for example. What an amazing place. They not only deal with domestic animals, they provide a vet service for wild animals too. The place is huge. Running costs are £4.98 per minute

Spare a thought for the tiny but vital charities too. We have members of Cat Register and Rescue in Falkirk and P.A.W.S in Bedlington, a small veterinary charity, here. They both do great jobs and I never cease to be completely awed at all the hard work they have to do to raise sufficient funds to keep going.
